Symbolic Logic Worksheets

Worksheets covering the basics of symbolic logic for children ages 12 and up.

Symbolic logic (also called formal logic) helps us to make sense of complex arguments. It uses symbols to represent ideas and the connections between them. When we learn symbolic logic, we gain the skills evaluate arguments, as well as to construct our own rational arguments.

These worksheets are suitable for kids and teens ages 12 and up. This 20-page worksheet pack covers the foundations of symbolic logic by introducing topics such as:

  • What an argument is
  • How arguments can go wrong
  • Types of sentences
  • Logical symbols: negation, conjunction, disjunction, conditional, biconditional

This pack is 20 pages long.
