If Bottle 1 is heavy, you'll have 1 pill of 10 mg extra, adding 10 mg (total = 4510 mg).

If Bottle 2 is heavy, you'll have 2 heavy pills, adding 20 mg (total = 4520 mg).

Let's call the bottle with heavy pills "y". You took y pills from that bottle, so the extra weight added to the total will be 10y mg.

When you weigh all the pills together, the total weight will be:

Total Weight = 4500 + 10y

You just need to solve for y and you will know which bottle has heavier pills!
